§1 Scope

These Terms apply to all contracts between LiveCamFrauen and adult users regarding the use of paid features of the website (private shows, VIP membership, video purchases).

§2 Contract Formation & Age Verification

Use of paid content requires that you have reached 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request age verification.

§3 Prices & Payment

All prices include statutory sales tax. Payments are processed through certified payment providers and billed discreetly.

§4 VIP Membership

VIP membership automatically renews for the booked period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiry. Cancellation is possible at any time in your account.

§5 User Obligations

Users agree not to record, distribute or make live shows accessible to third parties, and to behave respectfully towards the models.

§6 Right of Withdrawal

Information on your right of withdrawal can be found in our separate Withdrawal Notice.

§7 Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, to the extent permitted by law.

§8 Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
